1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or product (subject to availability).
All exchanged items must meet the same conditions as returns.
